You’ll be held in both teaching + somatic release, supported by community, breathwork, and ritual.

WEEK 2 — Somatic Breathwork Ceremony

Clear the Block: Releasing the Fear of Being Seen
A somatic session to move through the shame, tightness, and protection that’s kept your voice hidden.

WEEK 3 — Sharing Circle

In Your Voice, With Witness
Practice speaking, expressing, and being seen in a soft and sacred space. Light coaching and reflection woven in.

WEEK 4 — Final Breath Ceremony
